Eating More Fat Can Help You Lose Fat

Now I know what your saying eating more fat can help me lose fat, what but their are differences in what fats do in your body. Eating the "good" fats will help you drastically lose fat and help generate more muscle with less recovery time from your workouts.The healthy fat you consume can have a range of health benefits, including heart health. So what are these so called healthy fats well
the polyunsaturated fats such as omega-3's found in fish and nuts, and monounsaturated fats from
olive oil,fish oil,peanut butter,and also egg yolks. With that being said not all fats are bad for your
body just choose the right ones.
